Important Information

All standard appointments are 60 minutes. A total of 50 minutes are dedicated to face-to-face consultation and the remaining 10 minutes of each session are used to complete session notes and other tasks relating to your care.

We are able to deliver psychology and nurse practitioner therapies for eligible NDIS clients who are self-managed or plan-managed. We are unable to provide sessions for NDIA-managed clients.
We charge standard rates in accordance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits schedule. Please advise whether the invoice should be sent to you directly or to your Plan Manager.
Once you have registered on our website, we will send you an NDIS service agreement outlining the proposed services and associated costs for your approval.

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, you are entitled to claim a Medicare rebate of $96.65 back on up to 10 individual psychology sessions per calendar year.
You will have access to 6 sessions initially, then you will need to see your GP for a review. Your GP has the option of referring you for a further 4 sessions if required.

You pay the full fee up front
We process a claim to Medicare electronically on your behalf.
Your rebate (if eligible) will be paid into your bank account (according to the bank details that Medicare has on file for you.
Note: If you would prefer, we can also provide you with a receipt to allow you to claim your rebate directly from Medicare.

Psychologist
In order to claim a rebate from Medicare, you will need a referral (known as a Mental Health Care Plan) from your GP).
If you do not plan to claim a rebate from Medicare, you will not require a GP referral.

We require 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or move your appointment. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the full fee being charged.
Outstanding fees must be paid prior to future sessions taking place.
